Terra Firma Landscape Management began in the 80’s. Our Founder and CEO, Ron Johnson, is a third generation landscaper who was born and raised in Laguna Beach, California. He learned from the best, his Father and Grandfather. They raised him to care deeply about the land and its keeping. After working in the industry and completing his horticultural education, he obtained his State Contractors License and opened his business. He started out small with just one employee and as his reputation excelled in the industry, he began building his clientele and expanding his company.
